International Longshoremen's Association
Organized August 27, 1862

Whereas, An Application In Due Form, has been received, asking for a charter to be granted to General Longshore Workers, to be known as ILA Local Union, No. 1807, Located at Morehead City, North Carolina, and by authority of the Laws and Usages of the Internation Longshoremen's Association, we do grant this charter.

To Said Local Union: By virture of this charter, Said Local Union is empowered to perform such acts and enjoy such benefits as are prescribed in the Laws and Usages of the International Longshoremen's Association, and the members thereof are strictly enjoined to bear constantly in mind the cardinal principles of the Association.

The Internation Longshoremen's Association reserves the right to suspend this charter and the annul Rights and Benefits therein conferred, for and neglect or refusal to perform the duties required by the Laws and Usages of the International Longshoremen's Association.

In Witness Whereof, we have subscribed our names and affixed the Seal of the International Longshoremen's Association.
